Customer Service Coordinator

My client is one of the leading construction companies in the United Kingdom, having offices based up and down the country. They are currently recruiting for a customer service coordinator in the Bristol area who is looking for a permanent position.The position is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join this hugely established company, on a permanent basis, in their new homes department. Some of the key responsibilities of the position include:- Asking customers for feedback and their views on the quality of service that our client delivers after the customer has moved in.- Arranging inspection and orders for sub - contractors to correct certain issues with customers on a day to day basis.- Ensuring that the customers of our client receive a first class level of service on one of their new housing developments.The ideal candidate will:- Have a good knowledge of the new home developments industry and desirably have previously worked in this industry before.- Have good knowledge and experience in a customer service role, ideally in an office environment.This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the UK's most exciting construction companies, in a fast paced environment where a competitive salary package of around ??21,000 per year is on offer in return.If there are any other details that you need for this position, please do not hesitate to contact me on and ask for myself Brad and i will be more than happy to have a chat with you regarding the role.
