Desktop Support Engineer- 12 Month Contract- Gloucester
Roc Search are currently recruiting for a 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer to join a highly successful team on a contract basis based in Gloucester for an initial 12 month contract. This will be working in a managed services environment based on site for one of their clients customer facing. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to deal with people at all levels of seniority.
Essential skills include:
-2nd Line/Desktop Support experience
-Active Directory
-Exchange
-Windows 7
-Office Applications
-Basic Networking experience
-Windows Server
Desireable skills include-
-ITIL background
-Excellent customer service skills
