Our client in Yeovil is an established company specialising in organising group travel for educational, musical and religious groups. They are looking for an organised, pro active person to join their team as a Travel Coordinator. As a Travel Coordinator you will be responsible for organising tours from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include, but wont be limited to: Make reservations and confirm arrangements with vendorsOrganise all travel arrangements and activities Collect and analyse client feedback and tour evaluationsAssist in research and selecting vendors for useAssist in pricing requests and client feedbackEnsure deadlines are metEnsure all travel document's and paperwork are obtained and valid Other Duties and responsibilities: You may be required to travel to Europe on occasion to attend trade shows and meet with vendorsEnsure all legal compliance standards are adhered to for transportation servicesInspect the product as needed following School Travel Forum requirements You will be: Highly organisedAdaptable to changeWork well under pressureIdeally you would have worked in the travel industry beforeAble to multi taskConfident on the phone The role is Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm My client is offering a salary of ??18,500 per annum 20 days holiday + bank holidays, this will increase by 1 day for every year you have worked Company pension scheme Group life insurance scheme Group Income protection scheme If you would like any further information please call Kelly O'Donnell on or you can email .
