Gas Engineer - Manufacturer
Salary GBP27k-GBP33k (depending on experience) + Van + Pension + Benefits.
Alecto Recruitment Ltd currently has an excellent opportunity for an experienced domestic gas engineer to join a leading Boiler Manufacturer.
Location - to be considered you'll need to be based in South West M25 area i.e. into South London, Slough, Twickenham, Middlesex - KT & TW postcodes.
As well as specialising in domestic and commercial boilers, our client also specialise within the renewable heating sector, including solar thermal and heat pump systems.
The Role:
- Responsible for service, breakdown and PPM (planned preventative maintenance) calls.
- Attending "in" and "out" of warranty breakdown calls.
- Carrying out fault finding to heating systems through to final repair.
- Providing both customers and installers with assistance in resolving product related issues.
- Liaising with various departments within the organisation - technical support, customer service, sales and senior management teams.
- Must be happy to travel and go into London.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Gas Qualified Engineer - ACS certificates,CCN1, HTR1, CEN1, WAT1.
- Strong service, breakdown and maintenance experience across the domestic gas sector.
- Experience working for a Boiler Manufacturer is preferred although not essential.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
