Store Manager Our client, a well established and successful multi-channel retailer of beautiful, unique and affordable furniture and accessories for the home, is looking for an experienced Store Manager for their store in Bath. Main responsibilities: - In charge for the day to day operational issues and for achieving sales and P&L targets for the store - Ownership for recruiting, training and managing the team - Lead, manage and develop others - Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate exemplary management skills The ideal candidate: - Must be an experienced Store Manager with a proven track record - High-end retail home background ware is essential - Commercially aware, possess a natural flair for interiors and in -store merchandising and also has a good eye for detail - Flexible and adaptable in his approach to work - Tenacious, hard working and reliable - Confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem solving skills The package: - Basic salary up to 28k per annum depending on experience - Benefits package including quarterly bonus
