Forward Futures is an established Recruitment Specialist providing a high quality service to Education professionals seeking temporary & contract positions with a leading FE College within North Somerset. We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join the team on a permanent, full time basis. JOB PURPOSE The appointee will provide the administrative support for Forward Futures as a Recruitment Administrator and will be assigned to duties within the organisation. The line manager for the area to which you are assigned will provide general supervision. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the line manager and/or the Department to which you have been assigned. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Normally as a matter of routine under the specific guidance of the line manager: To undertake general administrative duties and maintain processes under supervision. To undertake filing and administer departmental record keeping. To use a computer to input data onto spreadsheets or databases, copy type memos, letters etc. To sort and distribute post to the appropriate personnel, action as directed. Receive telephone calls and advise appropriate personnel acting upon instructions given. Liaise with personnel within the college group to obtain and provide information. To undertake registration interviews with potential candidates. Source and introduce suitable candidates to all departments when required. Co-ordinate all cover supply requirements for OLASS under supervision. To carry out other duties as are required and commensurate with the grade of post. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY None SUPERVISION RECEIVED Post holders will report to the Line Manager within Forward Futures. To be suitable for this role, we require you to hold a minimum of 2 years adminsitrative experience, the ability to work well under pressure and in a highly demanding environment at times. Have the ability to work on your own intiative as sometimes lone working is required. Previous HR or recruitment experience is highly desirable. Own car essential due to travelling between various campuses and other college organisations.
