Receptionist Six Month Fixed Term Contract ??14,850 - ??16,500 per annum (pro rata) Based in Weston - Super- Mare An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist at The Information Station in Weston-Super-Mare. The Information Station is a one stop advice centre in conjunction with 2 other organisations, Westonworks and Somerset Savings and Loans. As the first point of contact for customers, visitors and staff, you will need to demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively with our customers, be able to offer high levels of customer service and have a good understanding of the importance of confidentiality. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the reception area and providing an effective service for all 3 organisations. The post holder will be responsible for assessing which of the 3 services are most appropriate to the customers need and directing them as required. Good organisational and IT skills are therefore essential We are looking for a candidate who can work a minimum of 25 hours per week, however there is capacity for this role to be 37 hours per week.
