New Homes Sales Advisor, Weston-Super-Mare

Our clients, a major UK new homes developer, are actively seeking a professional individual to join one of their many sites in Weston-Super-Mare, Somerset as a New Homes Sales Advisor. Ideally, they are seeking an experience salesperson who has the ability to offer strong customer service and sales skills. Experience within new homes site sales is ideal but no essential with key tasks including: Following up all sales enquiriesProvide feedback on marketing and advertisingAchieve sales target including reservations and exchangesPromote additional services including solicitors and mortgage advisorsSales progression to exchange and completionViewingsAdvise and assist on fixtures and fittings This role will be based in the Weston-Super-Mare area on site. Working hours are Thursday to Monday between the hours of 10:00am - 5:00pm. Some flexibility working bank holidays will also be considered. In return, our clients are offering a basic salary of ??20,000 with on target earnings of ??30,000 - ??40,000. As well as, a pension scheme, health care and petrol expenses to and from work.
