An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Performance Analyst to join our client, a leading Investment Management firm based in Aberdeen.

Responsibilities of the Performance Analyst will include:
- Maintenance and production of performance reports using Barclays Point and other performance systems within agreed timescales.
- Support the provision of high quality attribution and investment risk analysis.
- Responsible for developing relationships with our investment desks and other areas of the business.
- Develop team through mentoring of less experienced team members.
- Dedicate time to understanding, analysing and reporting on Aberdeen's fixed income products
- Provision of product analysis/statistics for the purpose of consultant and RFP enquiries.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes/skills:
- A university degree in a relevant discipline
- 5 Years experience of investment performance and risk analysis
- 2 years experience within an investment management environment
- Knowledge of fixed income analysis
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
