Title: Case Maintenance Engineer
Location: Kent
Salary Bracket: up to £22,000
Carry out aspects of the cabinet maintenance, such as:
* Liaise with store to ensure that planned activities are carried out as agreed to the client's satisfaction.
* Perform the cabinet maintenance to the clients prescribed specification.
* Assess, fault find and replace components when found to be faulty.
* Carry out full refrigerant gas leak check on each cabinet.
* File full report on completion of work ensuring all issues are captured.
* Carry out first line audits of the cabinet maintenance and report failures and issues to Regional Audit Manager
* Ability to demonstrate a basic competence in electrical and mechanical applications.
* Assist with other maintenance duties as and when required.
* Ensure that all undertaken work is carried out in an efficient manner.
Productivity
* Monitor cabinet maintenance schedule working within the case maintenance programme to meet client and company requirement to ensure trouble free operation of all refrigeration equipment
* Achieve efficient solutions to problematic issues.
* Effective use of parts, including delivery / collection / return.
Development
* Assess and highlight any required training needs.
* Work within the team to promote team working.
* Ensure H &S and Environmental guidelines are followed.
Customer Care
* You are what the client sees first; make it a good impression (ensure you comply with dress code and maintain your vehicle in good order).
* Keep customer / supervisor / office informed of potential issues, and possible actions required to resolve.
* Ensure all client / company logging requirements are completed by yourself
e.g. Verisae, completion notes, maintenance reports etc.,
Administration Support
* Carry out site / plant surveys when requested / required.
* Assist supervisor with stock takes by maintaining your van stock
* Ensure you are completing and returning all required paperwork and that electronic logging is completed in a timely manner.
