The Company:
Our client is a highly successful and well-established international company with French and UK based offices.

Main Duties:
To plan, coordinate and control all aspects of sales and operation services provided to their client. To manage and lead the team to agreed business plans and strategies.

The Role:
- To assist the MD and all Directors in developing and applying the company’s business growth plan and strategies
- To identify and gain further sales opportunity
- To organise clients visits
- To negotiate, plan and approve/sign contracts
- To increase revenue and control budget/costs (wages, materials, equipment) in line with agreed strategic plan
- To undertake overall management of the team
- To be accountable for, manage and support the day to day provision of operational staff (Recruitment, Training , Performance , Audits, H& S...)
- To ensure effective management of complaints
- To report weekly to the MD
- To attend monthly HQ meeting away from London and Quarterly visit to France

The Candidate:
- Fluent in French and English (written & spoken) is essential
- Proven experience in a sales or operations management role is essential
- Decision Maker , Problem solving & Leadership skills
- Commercial acumen with a focus for profit and understanding of costs impact
- Knowledge of the cleaning industry/ facility management/ waste management is essential
- Must be Drivers licence & Passport holder
- IT literate

Salary: £45k to £55k DOE + Car
