Opportunity for a full time administration assistant in a small friendly office. The candidate must be proficient in Excel, and word, and have some experience in Sage payroll and accounting.

The candidate will be working as an assistant to the office manager ( under instruction ) but also capable of working unsupervised on their own initiative.

Job entails checking purchase invoices, issuing monthly and quarterly invoices, checking tenancy information, including rents invoiced and paid and maintenance schedules.

Completion of weekly and monthly spreadsheets to show all incoming purchase invoices and to show payments received and highlight any outstanding. Some credit control and debt chasing and dealing with property agents is also required.

Successful candidate will require a full driving licence due to the location of our office. They should be enthusiastic, reliable, accurate, hardworking and happy to work under pressure in our small office environment. An immediate start is available.
