Business Analyst

We are working on behalf of a trusted client based in West London to recruiting for a Permanent Business Analyst to act as a vital member of their team.

As the successful Business Analyst will be responsible for the following:

- Identify and investigate business opportunities and challenges
- Assist in defining new business change initiatives with clearly defined business outcomes
- Support strong Business cases including benefits identification and quantification
- Take part in As-Is and To-Be analysis

In order to be considered you need to demonstrate the following experience:

- Proven track record in a Business Analyst role on large IT Projects
- Engagement with business stakeholders to develop ideas, concepts and business cases
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Both waterfall and agile environment
- Requirements elicitation techniques including interviews, document analysis and requirements workshops
- Production of User Stories, Use Cases, Business Processes, Business Requirements Documents and Wireframes
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills at all levels of an organisation

Desirable Skills and Experience will include:
- A recognised Business Analysis Certification (e.g. ISEB)
- Experience of working in an organisation that has undergone a significant, successful transformation
- Experience of working as a Business Analyst in a range of industry sectors
- Business Analysis experience on Customer Service and Digital projects
- Knowledge of the benefits realisation process
