Our client is the matchmaking service for businesses. Located in Woking, Surrey, the company provides high quality Sales Development services which include appointment setting, lead generation, demand generation, list-building, telephone research and customer care satisfaction surveys.

Role and responsibilities:

Expanding Sales Development Agency is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual who is goal driven, self-motivated and is interested in being part of a small close-knit team within a rapidly growing agency.

The Telemarketing Agent will be working with a number of clients across multiple sectors to help qualify potential business opportunities through outbound calls and emails to a targeted list of accounts, while leveraging inbound leads and outbound prospecting. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to gain new skills and enhance existing ones in a fast paced business environment. This role includes:

• Appointment setting
• Lead generation
• Telephone research
• Managing client campaigns
• Database management
• Email marketing
• Diary management

Candidate:

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic person with excellent verbal communication and listening skills, basic understanding of the sales function and is assertive with a proactive mentality and can work well in a fast paced environment.

Time management and enthusiasm is essential and must be confident in making outbound telephone calls and able to hold conversations with high-level decision makers.

Good computer skills, a knowledge of Word and Excel is desirable and any previous lead generation/sales development, marketing or sales experience is a plus.

Must be organised and should have the ability to communicate at all levels with strong problem solving skills.

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Woking, Surrey

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience plus daily or monthly Incentives
