Forensic Outreach
20 hours per week - permanent contract
Salary: £15,596.75 p.a. pro rata
We are looking for professional, dedicated and experienced Support Workers who can offer commitment to delivering high quality community based care to service users living in the Liverpool area. You will have experience of working with people with mental health and/or learning disability needs. You will need excellent communication skills and be flexible in approach. You will have a positive attitude and be non-judgmental.
It's essential to the role that you have a committed approach towards maintaining confidentiality protecting the dignity of the individual and promoting their independence
