Customer Service Advisor - French / German speaking
Home or Office Based, ideally in the South
Salary up to £20,000 dependent on experience

Due to recent and ongoing success, and as part of ambitious European expansion plans, an innovative online retailer specialising in products for the hearing impaired are currently looking to bolster their Customer Service Team with Operatives fluent in both French and German (written and oral).

The Role
As part of a professional and focused team you would be responsible for fielding calls from a variety of customers; taking orders, assisting with technical queries, and providing first class customer service, ensuring needs are consistently met and exceeded. You would also be expected to assist in other areas on occasion, including answering emails and other messages in addition to manning the online chat service when required. Note, this is not a selling or outbound call making role.

You will be dealing with enquiries from France and Germany, so fluency in both languages is essential. The company are based in Stockbridge, so ideally you will be within easy reach of their delightful barn conversion offices. However, for the right candidate the company is prepared to consider home working supported by occasional visits to the office, so applications from candidates across the South will be considered. All necessary IT and telephone equipment will be provided.

The Candidate
You will need to hit the ground running and so demonstrable experience in previous customer service roles may be useful, but more important will be your determination, positive attitude and desire to be part of this expanding team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen and engage with people are essential as is a positive attitude, confidence, and desire to make the most of this excellent opportunity to develop your customer service skills.
