Inside Sales Professional

Job Elements: -

• Work within the Sales and Administration Department as an Inside Sales Professional working with new and existing clients to drive sales growth to agreed targets.
• Work with the field sales and field application engineers teams to manage new and existing clients.
• Work with the after sales service team to ensure any customer issues are resolved on a timely basis.
• Primarily through telephone conversations and e-mails interact with new and existing customers selling solutions.
• Input real time data using the company CRM system on leads, opportunities, quotes and actions.
• Working closely with the field teams to coordinate site visits to clients.
• Working closely with the in-house after sales service team to ensure customer issues are resolved on a timely basis and then following up to ensure continued satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Fluency in at least one other language as well as English (Ideally German or Spanish)
• Qualified to a minimum HNC level or equivalent
• Previous inside sales experience preferred.
• Commercially astute
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Ability to communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Confident computer user with supporting skills. Intermediate Word, Excel, and Outlook
• High levels of integrity and professionalism
• Organised with a high level of attention to detail
