Our Sales Consultants are the first point of contact for our customers calling into our Sales Centre to book their holiday; responsible for handling inbound calls, booking holidays and assisting customers with their search for the ideal break away, whilst proactively working towards individual and team targets. Product knowledge, passion and enthusiasm are key factors for success as well as building rapport with our customers and understanding their needs.

Our 2-week induction schedule covers all areas of training including; systems, selling insurances, product knowledge and practical experience within our call centre with current members of the Sales Team. We are committed to the professional development of our employees and offer ongoing support, training, development and internal job opportunities.
