A rapidly growing Financial Planning business are currently looking to add to their Administration team in their office based in Sidcup.
Job Description:
* Assisting the Partners with administration of client records.
* Effective Communication & Support.
* New Business and Fund Switch procedures.
* Reporting
* Adherence to Management Systems & Controls.
* Keep up to date with company policies and procedures.
Communication & Support
* Communicate with colleagues, clients and product providers using a professional tone and polite manner.
* Attend regular meetings to discuss ongoing work and ways of improving company performance.
* Assist other support staff when needed.
