Exciting opportunity for a values driven individual to join a rapidly growing and successful Community Interest Company that provides Supported Living and Registered Care for people with a learning disability, many of whom have additional complex needs.

The successful person will be a Registered Manager, reporting to the Director of Operations and will have responsibility for the management of a Supported Living and Residential Care Service in Preston, Lancashire.

They will be responsible for the day to day operational management of services and will also be a ‘key player’ in supporting their business development and growth on site.

Social Care is facing a challenging future and we require an adaptable and creative individual who possesses the following attributes:

• Passionate about providing high quality person centred services and in so doing put the people they support first
• Proven experience in a Registered Manager role in the health/social care field
• Must have worked in and managed a learning disability service
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sound business acumen
• Able to deliver change and implement efficient working practices
• Flexible, resilient and hardworking team player
• Ability to drive change and develop culture
• Will be a role model for the organisations values and must be able to demonstrate that Future Directions’ values mirror their own personal values as they will be required to embed Future Directions’ values in services

This is a full time post and work base will be from their service in Samlesbury, Preston.
