Cardiff Business School’s Executive Administrators (Section Support) will be responsible for leading and managing the operational and administrative business of the School’s five academic Sections. As well as acting as PA to, and the first administrative point of contact for, the Head of Section, providing executive support to the Section’s Deputy Heads and managing all administrative processes in their Section, the Executive Administrators (Section Support) will provide an essential conduit between the Section and other administrative functions of the School.

The Executive Administrator (Section Support) role comprises the following main strands:
• The provision of a high level, professional and confidential personal administrator and executive support service to the Section Head;
• The provision of an executive support service to the Section’s Deputy Heads in their role as champions for the enhancement of the School’s Learning and Teaching and Research, Innovation and Engagement agendas;
• Supporting the School Office and Section Head to ensure the professional management of the School’s planned calendar of business and its exciting enhancement agenda;
• The provision of high-level administration to Section members in support of their individual research, engagement, innovation, scholarship and learning & teaching duties.

This is a full time, open ended post.

Salary: £21,220 - £25,298 (grade 4)
