Post: Membership Accounts Administrator
Contract: 6 month Fixed Term, 37 hours per week
Location: Head Office, Woodbury (Near Exeter)
Salary: £15,768 per annum

This Social Enterprise provides a range of diverse cultural, sporting and physical activities throughout East Devon and South Somerset in the sectors of indoor and outdoor sports, swimming, exercise and health, children's play schemes, educational programmes, sporting and cultural events and the performing arts.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Head Office team as a Membership Accounts Administrator. The role is initially for six months and will provide support to the Finance and Support Services Team ensuring the effective management of their leisure membership subscriptions, and day to day running of Head Office activities.
Reporting to the Membership Accounts Manager, this role would suit a candidate with a can do attitude, self motivated with great communication skills (both verbal and written), who has an eye for detail, is well organised and willing to learn, with professional and customer service skills.

Essential Key Skills:

- A high degree of IT literacy with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads.
- Team player with attention to detail and methodical work processes.
- Willingness to acquire and develop new skills.
Education and Experience:
- Four GCSE Grade B or equivalent, including Mathematics and English.
- Experience in an Office environment (Desirable)
