Customer Support Manager

Our client started trading in 1997 and is now one of the leading suppliers of Number Plate Components and equipment??to the motor trade in the UK. They are currently looking for a full time Customer Support Manager to provide field support and maintenance to existing and future customers. Based in the Leeds/Sheffield area to cover from the top of the midlands to Newcastle. Working from home, the ideal candidate will be self motivated and well organised and have good customer care skills.

Duties & Responsibilities;
- Proactively visit all customers using the set frequencies agreed
- Deal with reactive calls and resolve customer equipment problems
- Clean and maintain all customers systems ensuring a ???test plate??? is made and logged on all visits
- Accurately record service sheets and contact reports for every visit.
- Ensure all service sheets are sent to HQ
- Install new and replacement equipment.
- Train new and existing customers on the use of our equipment and software.
- Maintain good customer communications
- Maintain and monitor vehicle stock levels.
- Actively sell product lines and promote the range of products supplied by the whole group
- Follow up any mail drops carried out by the company, from data supplied
- Attend and participate in Meetings
- Ensure all fault calls that are telephoned through to CSM???s by customers are passed on to Head office for entry on to Sage
- Plus any other duties associated with the role to ensure a smooth and effective level of service to our customer base

Measurements of Performance;
- Accurate completion of all reports requested
- Fully compliant with all fault diagnosis
- Achieving agreed targets for stock and accessory sales
- Knowledge of company policies, procedures and products
- Customer feedback

You will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary ??22000 plus bonuses and commission
