This position will serve as an excellent stepping stone to your wider career. This role would be most suitable for a highly skilled Portfolio / PMO Manager / Lead with a demonstrable background in the financial services who is now seeking a new challenge.
Job summary:
* The insurance firm have grown in number of sales, and are expanding into new markets. As part of a large-scale transformation strategy they are looking for an experienced PMO / Portfolio Lead to join their growing Change Management function.
* The successful PMO / Portfolio Manager will be responsible for coordinating change and transformation projects, paying particular attention to the PMO and Reporting function of the business.
Personal attributes, experience and skills required:
* Have a proven track record of working in a PMO or Project Manager role within Change and Transformation programmes
* Excellent knowledge of the insurance industry / FS industry
* Excellent senior stakeholder management
* Passionate about Change and business transformation
* Experienced in reporting
