The company:
A well-established, global general insurance business who have grown in number of sales, and are expanding into new markets. As part of a large-scale transformation strategy they are looking for an experienced PMO/Portfolio Lead to join their growing Change Management function.
The role:
The successful PMO/Portfolio Manager will be responsible for coordinating change and transformation projects, paying particular attention to the PMO and Reporting function of the business.
The successful PMO/Portfolio Lead:
- Have a proven track record of working in a PMO or Project Manager role within Change and Transformation programmes
- Excellent knowledge of the insurance industry/FS industry
- Excellent senior stakeholder management
- Passionate about Change and business transformation
- Experienced in reporting
