Our client is a successful and expanding Legal company who are seeking to recruit a Small Claims Credit Hire Fee Earner. Due to continuing growth and expansion since their opening, they are looking to recruit a Small Claims Credit Hire Fee Earner to manage a caseload of small claims credit hire files. Experience:  

The successful candidate will have credit hire experience/knowledge of RTA/Personal Injury experience.

Applications are ideally invited from claimant or defendant fee earners or paralegals with experience in handling their own caseload of credit hire files.

Litigation experience is desirable. Applications will also be invited from those seeking a career in law. These applicants must have excellent office experience within a law firm and have assisted Fee Earners on files.

An extremely competitive bonus is available to the successful candidate

Duties include but are not limited to:

•              Handling your own litigated caseload of credit hire small claims cases

•              Drafting court proceedings

•              Instructing and briefing counsel

•              Taking witness statements

•              Collating evidence and assessing the case
