Sales Support Executive, Customer Support Executive
A Sales and Customer Support Executive is needed by our client a leading provider of educational services to be based in their Cambridge head office to deliver an excellent service to customers from initial point of contact to arrival at there centre.
In the role you will engage with all incoming enquiries, conducting thorough customer-based needs analysis while making full use of the CRM and booking systems to capture and track all leads.
Essential skills and experience:
- Working in a customer service role
- Working in a demanding and pressured environment
- Excellent phone manner and written communication
- Competent with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Accurate data entry skills
- Customer service oriented
- Organised and efficient
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
- Can work within a team and forge good working relationships with multiple stakeholders & customers
Desirable skills:
- Sales experience
- International admissions administration experience at a school, College, language school or university
- Knowledge of working with a CRM system
