£60 - £70 per day

The school is an outstanding secondary school in the centre of Nottingham. The school is accessible by public transport and has on site parking as well. The role may require you to travel to different sites so access to your own vehicle would be preferable. The staff take real pride in their work and are committed to achieving and maintaining the highest possible standards of care and education.

The role is initially temporary but could become a permanent role for the right candidate.

The head and staff have a particular focus on developing a lifelong love of learning and the development of essential skills to give the best possible experience and education for the children.

• Previous experience in a similar role
• The ability to work with students who may display challenging behaviour
• A real desire to make a positive difference to the pupils that you work with
• Full UK Driving Licence preferable but not essential

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining discipline
• Stay up to date with changes and developments in the curriculum
• Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for the needs for all student ability ranges
• Leading group work
