This organisation is looking for an Interim Head of Account Management to join their team for a 12 month FTC.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Corporate Partnerships Account Management Department to ensure that the overall target is achieved and all opportunities for maximising income are taken
- Devise and implement a cohesive strategy for the AM Department
- Contribute to the overall plans for the Corporate Partnerships Department
- Line management of team members and responsibility to provide all opportunities for the wider team to succeed
- Hands on approach to certain high value partnerships where needed
- Cross organisation collaboration to ensure that the charity as a whole is providing the support in order for partnerships to succeed
- Provide excellent stewardship to certain partners, particularly those worth over GBP1 million
- Ensure that excellent stewardship is a key priority for the AM team
- Ensure that resources are effectively allocated in order to maximise funding from each partnership
- Work with the new business team to develop ideas and ensure collaborative working
- Budget management and accurate reporting to ensure ambitious targets are set and met
- Encourage multi-year partnerships and the development of new fundraising ideas to sustain these
- Work with other senior members of the fundraising team to ensure that maximum impact is achieved across all fundraising streams when a collaborative approach is utilised
Profile
Person Specification:
- Proven success of managing high value partnerships and achieving significant income growth from these partnerships
- Experience of networking with senior business leaders
- Strong track record of working on multi-million pound partnerships
- Experience of strategic planning and development of a large corporate partnerships programme
- Experience and drive to create new ideas for maximising income from existing partners
- Line management experience
- Ability to lead a team and inspire confidence and motivation to all
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This organisation is looking to offer a salary of between GBP50,000-GBP55,000, depending on experience.
