Support Worker We are preparing for individuals to move into our Bridgwater home, which comprises ten individual flats and communal spaces for people to also share, and have fantastic opportunities for people interested in making a difference. The Role You will help people with their personal care, bathing, cleaning, toileting etc, support them to develop living skills, looking after their room, basic food prep etc, and to enjoy an active life in the community, swimming, horse riding, shopping, having a drink at the pub etc. You will have a real opportunity to get great training, great support, do something that makes you feel good about yourself, and a great opportunity to grow and develop. Day Support Workers - Full and Part-Time contracts available ??8.01 per hour, with increments up to ??8.41.Excellent bank holiday pay (up to triple time) plus other benefits.Sleep in pay at ??40.00 per night, plus on call payments.
