About the role

We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join the successful Recruitment Process Outsourcing team, Contingent Labour One (or CL1) who are part of Capita's Resourcing business.

CL1 provide a recruitment service to the whole of Central Government, supplying contractors and temporary workers via external suppliers into vacancies. As the Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance across a range of areas in the process, especially with any documentation required to successfully on-board a contractor.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have had previous high quality administration experience ideally from a compliance perspective and someone with recruitment / HR understanding would be desirable, but not essential.

What you will do:

- Responsible for monitoring the accuracy of Agency Suppliers, ensuring they deliver timely and compliant documents as specified under the contractual obligations of the CL1 Framework.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in reference to contractual obligations for compliance.

- Ensure all candidate documents are saved in the correct files taking data protection into consideration.

- Participation in projects as and when required.

- Point of contact for all suppliers regarding onboarding support and any compliancy queries.

- Be a flexible team player assisting colleagues and providing cover and support when required.

Your experience will include:

- Previous Compliance checking ideal, or recruitment administration

- Solid administration skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Experience of multi-tasking and prioritising

- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

- Knowledge in MS Office
