Assistant Headteacher
(Due to a retirement from the Senior Leadership Team)
Salary Range: Leadership Scale Point 12 - 16
We are looking to appoint a full time Assistant Headteacher to work with our highly effective Senior Leadership Team. Key roles include curriculum management (which will include writing a timetable), using data to support teaching and learning, responsibility for CPD and having oversight of our Initial Teacher Training programme. We are also looking for a person who is a strategic thinker and problem solver, with demonstrable interpersonal, communicative and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record in teaching to a high level in their specialism.
