Has a rare opportunity for conscientious, technically knowledgeable individuals with excellent communication skills and a flexible approach within the following roles;
ICT HELPDESK MANAGER
To work as part of the Network support team, to provide Hardware and Software support for whole-school ICT services, with the ICT Helpdesk Manager specifically taking responsibility for all aspects of technical operations and service delivery relating to the function of the ICT Service Desk. The ICT Helpdesk Manager will also manage and deliver the Staff ICT Training Programme under the guidance of the Director of ICT and Deputy Head Academic.
To be considered, candidates must demonstrate sound experience of service delivery, be highly organised and proficient in a variety of computer applications. Repton School is a Microsoft Showcase School.
