Mail Order Co-Ordinator

This is a part-time role, 3 days a week

The business is a successful and busy privately owned specialist sewing shop. The role sits within the company's busy on-line mail order department. The candidate will need to be able to communicate with customers mainly on the phone, by email and some face to face. Knowledge of sewing would be an advantage but is not essential. 

The candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming orders. Ordering stock and booking stock in. Checking goods in against delivery notes for accuracy and damages and physical movement of stock from the goods in area to the shop floor.
