Established in 1983, BRISTOL MISSING LINK (incorporating Next Link and Safe Link) is a leading provider of women's support services in Bristol. 

Female* Housing Worker & Female* Housing Assistant

Contracts: Permanent

Hours: 37.5

Location: Bristol

Working as part of our housing team responsible for Missing Link properties within our supported housing services. You will be responsible for the delivery of a high quality client orientated housing management service. This will include liaison with property landlords, overseeing repairs and maintenance and ensuring health and safety requirements are met.

You will work closely with our service teams to help residents understand and comply with the obligations of their tenancies including dealing with the management of rent arrears.

We are looking for people who have excellent organisational skills, housing management experience and the ability to communicate effectively with clients with support needs.

A current, full driving licence and access to an appropriate vehicle is essential.

  • Housing Worker: salary point 22, £20,253
  • Housing Assistant: salary point 18, £17,714
