A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Telesales/Sales Lead Generator Executive to join well established blue chip organisation based at their prestigious offices in Kettering.
As a Telesales/Sales Lead Generator Executive you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Business Development Executives. You will be responsible for building and maintaining your own business pipeline and use our clients software solution to canvas and generate lead targets. If you are a self- starter, have a dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers then our client want to hear from you!
As a Telesales/Sales Lead Generator you will
Have experience working as a sales lead generator;
*Conduct research to identify potential prospects.
*Conduct a needs analysis to understand our clients customers' products, services and gaps which
will help determine how our customers solution will address those needs.
*Develop new business leads or follow up on existing leads by introducing the clients solution to
potential prospects in order to generate opportunities for our Business Development Executives
using a variety of engagement methods (telephone, social media etc.).
*Cultivate relationships with new prospects and maintain regular follow up to push opportunities and
leads through the sales funnel
*Utilise the internal CRM system to maintain detailed and accurate records of calls made, opportunities
and results achieved. Regularly update information on new and prospective customers for ease of
reference
*Collaborate with the Global Sales & Marketing director to identify how you intend to develop your
own sales pipeline to meet targets.
*Prepare weekly sales pipeline reports for the team
As a Telesales/Sales Lead Generator you will have
*Excellent communication skills and a strong telephone manner
*A confident and engaging personality with a mature attitude to business
*Be Self -motivated, ambitious and driven by commission based results
*Excellent organisational and planning skills with ability to manage own work
*Be Computer literate
*The Ability to work alone and as part of an energetic team
*Previous experience of outbound calling or sales based customer service experience
*Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
*The ability to write detailed follow up notes for business reporting
As a Telesales/Sales Lead Generator executive you will have
2-3 years' previous experience of outbound calling or sales based customer service with a proven track record within a busy sales environment is requisite. Specifically, demonstrable experience in identifying and developing new business prospects from a variety of sources (including inbound, outbound and own research) is essential as is the ability to meet/exceed pre - determined sales targets. The successful candidate will therefore be a high motivated individual with a results oriented approach.
