I am currently working with a long-term client who are currently searching to add an experienced managing quantity surveyor to theirEast Midlands based team.
My client, a reputable interiors contractor, are currently looking for a successful and high-calibre managing quantity surveyor to report directly into the MD of the company. Projects typically value between GBP10k-2m and experience in delivering projects financially at a profit within this level is vital.
Main responsibilities include:
- On site measurement of our works and agree with the client
- Preparation of interim and final accounts
- Agreement of account the with client representative and ensure prompt payment to maintain positive cash flow.
- Work as part of a larger proactive management team to enhance the company's reputation.
My client are a well respected interiors contractor with a wealth of experience within the retail sector & require a candidate to join their commercial team who has experience in working with blue chip clients. By driving the company to commercial development the successful employee will also open opportunities to further promotions within the company.
