Childcare Solicitor 3+ years PQE - Immediate start available - Well regarded Local Authority seek a talented Childcare Solicitor to handle a caseload of care proceedings on an interim basis.
JOB TITLE: Childcare Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+
LOCATION: Worcestershire
SALARY: GBPExcellent
THE ROLE: This role would be best suited for a childcare solicitor with 3+ PQE. You will have experience of running a full public law caseload with minimal supervision. You would ideally be trained in the use of Iken case management system and court bundling. This role is to cover a current solicitor who will be leaving at the beginning of December; and will therefore be on going cover until the position can be filled permanently.
THE CHILDCARE SOLICITOR: Bringing a minimum of three years experience the appointed Childcare Solicitor will be required to apply their transferable skills effectively to cover an established caseload. You will have the ability to hit the ground running with the existing caseload of matters and to integrate with the existing team.
