Practice Support Coach/Trainer - Animal Health

Up to GBP25K Basic (dependent on experience) + uncapped bonus & benefits

Our client is a leading veterinary company who sell specific services in to practices. They have always aimed to offer the best clinical and client satisfaction and have developed a number of services designed to grow margins, cut costs and improve animal care. They are currently recruiting for a Coach/Trainer who will work alongside the practices, offering training and ongoing support enabling them to design and execute a tailor-made, cost-effective service to their clients and significantly improve practice performance.
Responsibilities of this role include:
Coaching
Performance Management
Management of the Training Function
Partnership and Relationship development
Large territories to manage
We are looking for candidates who:
Are disciplined in time management and reporting
Are Self disciplined
Are a great communicator
Can adapt to different people and surroundings
Have veterinary knowledge (not essential) Other industries will be considered such as dental, FMCG
