Temporary Administrator - Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
We are looking for someone who can provide Administrative and Clerical support to the Housing team on a part-time basis.
Your role would be to provide an efficient and effective service dealing with routine telephone enquirers and all other clerical functions as and when required.
The Role:
- Provide an efficient word processing service, designing and formatting documents including presentations and company publications, photocopying, printing, ect.
- Maintaining an effective and efficient data filing and management information system including inputting and retrieving statistical information
- Ensure incoming and outgoing mail if effectively managed
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors, order, store and issue stationary and office supplies
- Manage and organise meeting rooms
- Dealing with routine telephone enquiries
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in working within a administration/property/lettings role
- Good communication skills
- Due to the nature of this role you will be required to hold a full driving license and have your own vehicle
This role will be working a total of 28 hours per week & while fleixbility is required there is no weekend working.
