A bit about Brickwall

Brickwall are an award winning digital agency with offices in Leeds and London which specialises in producing creative and impactful websites, eLearning programmes, films and animations. We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the web site of the business.

We have established ourselves as experts in the healthcare, not-for-profit, public affairs an educational sectors. Clients we work with include Cheshire Constabulary, ABinBev, NHS England, Diversity Role Models and BBC Learning.

Over the past year we have doubled in growth and are looking for an ambitious, driven and switched on senior account manager to help drive continued growth of the business. Whilst we have been around for over a decade, we still very much have a start-up mentality and the successful candidate will have a lot of opportunity for shaping our company. We offer opportunities for flexible working and are looking for a self-starter who is looking for this sort of environment.

The Role

The successful applicant will play a central role in the development of Brickwall, growing our current relationships and developing new business contacts. As this role will be focusing on the web and eLearning side of Brickwall, an understanding of website development and technical attitude will be necessary.

Business development:


Driving new business through:
Management of tenders and pitches
Exhibiting and networking and conferences
General networking
First port of call for inbound enquiries
Developing current client relationships outside of commissioned projects
Management of monthly business targets
Working with other business units at Brickwall to support expansion of our reach within current and new markets


Client services:


Ensure projects are delivered to client's brief and specification
Brief the project team on client and project background, goals and requirements
Regular contact and communication with clients keeping them updated on the progress of work
Ensure clients are happy throughout the project, through:
Supporting the project management team, offering input into design
Manage any change requests
Review completed projects at regular stages following sign-off


Your Profile

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join this innovative digital team. You will need to have worked in a digital agency before to know what is needed and have a base level understanding of the latest trends in web. We need someone extremely bright and ambitious who loves digital, loves clients and is up for a challenge!

Experience in business development and client services is a must; this is a pivotal role in the business and it requires a self-starter who is willing to throw themselves into a role and wants to make a big impact on the growth of the company.
