Site Inspector - ??20,000 - ??30,000 - Gloucestershire
My client, a Chartered Surveyors firm that are specialists within construction legislation are looking to recruit an experienced Site Inspector, who is enthusiastic about ensuring appropriate legislation within building regulations, to join their head office in Gloucester.
The Role
The primary role of the successful Site Inspector is to work with onsite staff to ensure that homes under construction are working in accordance with relevant building regulation. You will fulfil this role through a number of day-to-day duties, including;
- Site Inspections
- Site Reports
- Design Review
- Monitor Construction Progress
- Monitor Defects
The Requirements
In order to be successful for the Site Inspector role, you must fulfil the following requirements;
- Good and up to date knowledge of building regulations
- Degree/HNC/HND within a construction discipline
- Some experience within a relevant field, such as; Site Manager, Clerks of Work, Building Inspector
- Desire to progress professionally within the construction industry

You will be offered a salary of ??20,000 - ??30,000, plus continued professional development.
