Production Wirers required for a Manufacturing Company based in Bristol.
As a Production Wirer, you will be wiring and building low volume & high value Special Purpose Machinery. You will be required to work from engineering drawings and schematics. You will mainly be soldering on d-type connectors using lead free soldering. As an Electrical Fitter, you must have previous experience of working within a busy production manufacturing environment. Ideal candidate must have previous experience of Loom & harness wiring, prototype wiring, panel wiring, machine wiring, soldering on connectors and lead free soldering, cable assembly, IPC-A-620 and be competent in soldering on d-type connectors and cable crimping.
Hourly rate is ??15.98 per hour Limited/Umbrella up to 8 hours per day, overtime after 8 hours is ??20.93 per hour Limited/Umbrella. Approximately up to 10 hours of overtime likely to be available during the week.
Accommodation Allowance is paid at ??35.00 per night for 4 nights.
Contract duration is 3 months minimum, possibly up to 6 months.
Ideal candidate must hold one of the following qualifications.16th/17th Edition, NVQ, HNC or HND in Electrical Qualifications. The candidate will need to have a good knowledge of Electrical Theory as well as excellent practical wiring, crimping and soldering skills.
