A world leading security and technology service provider who have invested billions of pounds in their services working with the most high profile clients on the most cutting edge projects. This role is available due to a company expansion.
The Job
Monitor and collate key events details such as market spend, competitor and partner market intelligence etc. Build effective client and competitor networks. Manage the marketing of company capabilities in line with current strategies. Lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies that include social media, advertising, professional forums, trade shows, sponsorship and social events.
Your key responsibilities will be;
- To create and own the regional marketing strategy and contribute towards the Group Marketing Strategy ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Developing marketing communication (including but not limited to social media, regional advertising and sponsorship opportunities)
- Driving the promotion of the company brand to regional customers and partners, taking into account local cultures and customer requirements and educating the business on regional protocol
- Establish and develop a network of client and industry contacts
- The design and delivery of localised customer engagement events
- Provide marketing support to campaign leads and expert sales as required
- Tracking, reporting and sharing relevant market intelligence
The Fit
You will be a customer focused coordinator with extensive knowledge of the defence and security industry and a proven record of major projects and account management
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are essential with experience in professional presentations
Excellent organisational and logistics skills
A degree or equivalent qualifications in marketing, sales or promotions would be desirable
Any international marketing experience would benefit your application
