Toyota develops and builds a wide-ranging Curriculum that responds to market drivers, in areas such as technology, new product launch and vehicle health checks. 

The Senior Toyota Academy Administrator / Coordinator Opportunity:

The Academy Administrator / Coordinator is a senior member of this team, helping with capacity planning, reporting and upkeep of management information systems whilst keeping apace of people moving in and around the network.

The Toyota Academy Administrator / Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring accurate scheduling of the Core Curriculum to Toyota GB’s retailer network to support the development of dealers’ Sales, Technical and Aftersales careers. Toyota needs to ensure it understands existing network demand and builds future training capacity to suit customers’ changing expectations of the retail environment. The Analyst provides critical information to support the Academy in achieving its utilisation targets against a Service Level Agreement, working in a busy environment supporting training operations situated in Burgh Heath, Surrey and Burnaston, near Derby. 

Key tasks are to ensure:

+ Business planning and capacity matches training resource and through future planning quantify resource requirements
+ All stakeholders receive reporting requirements on time with accurate data
+ Through Kaizen, processes, procedures and systems are continuously improved, and documented to ensure a better service to our network and TGB Stakeholders
+ The Service Level Agreement is achieved and reflects high quality, premium brand delivery

This senior role will be supported by an Administration Team member.

Specific duties:

+ Connect super user
+ Course scheduling – logistics of:
++ Course requirements reporting (all disciplines)
++ Trainers’ calendar
++ Room diaries
++ Non TGB venue bookings 
++ Maintains schedule on Connect (please note: Admin team upload courses once scheduled)
++ Guild content alignment 
+ Course/trainer utilisation management
++ Traffic light report production & review 
++ Reporting to support actions arising & task implementation
++ Liaising with Team Leader to prioritise/distribute tasks arising
+ Provide monthly Centre tracker reports and assistance with ad hoc reporting
+ Responsible for data integrity
+ Conducts quality checks on work undertaken by the Admin team to ensure high quality at all times
