Performance Analyst / Data Analyst

GBP24,200 (including 1% annual increase 1st April 2017)
36.5 hours per week
Our client is an innovative leading provider and developer of affordable housing and related services in Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire, managing over 10,000 properties.
They are currently recruiting for a Performance Analyst who will work closely with the Performance Manager to prepare their performance management framework.
You will complete detailed analysis of company databases in order to provide information on all KPI's and business intelligence and use this to provide advice to teams who need guidance on performance measures and targets. Additional duties will include preparing data for statutory and other returns, Board and management reports and quarterly/annual benchmarking activities.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of preparing performance management information, data extraction and manipulation and reporting. You will also be confident about involving managers in performance monitoring.
You will be highly numerate and be able to interpret and manage large volumes of data. Working knowledge of SQL database technology is essential as is a good level of IT literacy.
