Estimator - Main Contractor
Location - Nottingham
Salary -GBP40,000 - GBP60,000 (depending on experience)
Alecto recruitment are currently working with an established main contractor who are looking for an Experienced Estimator to join their team.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the companies upcoming contracts from the take off position. Your focus is to show real attention to detail and maintaining the standards that have already been set in place. Contract negotiation and pricing will also play a key part of the role as well as dealing with sub contractors.
Environment:
The company work on a host of different projects in a range of sectors such as:
- Student Accommodation
- Hospital's
- Industrial
- Commercial
- Education
