An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transport Administrator to join the Canute Group based at our Coventry depot in West Midlands.

The Canute Group continue to be one of the fastest growing, global supply chain providers operating today. Providing a range of logistic solutions including road haulage, freight forwarding, supply chain management and storage solutions.

This role is primarily related to administration duties supporting the main transport activities and team.

As a Transport Debrief Admin your duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Driver debrief
  • Driver compliance
  • POD processing
  • Capturing any additional information required to form specific KPI’s
  • Completing manifests in TMS system
  • Direct cooperation with Drivers Trainer
  • Reporting and implementing process improvements

An ideal Transport Debrief Admin will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in a busy transport environment
  • Knowledge of driving hours and working time directive rules and regulations
  • Have well developed communication skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels (drivers, office staff and customers)
  • Possess well developed organisational skills and be able to prioritise activities to meet urgent deadlines
  • Be calm under pressure, reliable and adaptable with a flexible attitude towards hours and shift patterns
  • Experience of GTS & Isotrak or similar transport management systems would be advantageous but not necessary

Your working hours will be 2PM – 10PM Monday to Friday dependent upon operation requirements.
