Our client is a well established, profitable, family owned business which develops and manufactures precision plastic components, mainly for the automotive, engineering and electrical industry. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Production Operative to join the team due to the buoyant demand, mainly from the car industry.

About the role:
As Production Operator you will be required, after a period of training, to operate across all aspects of manufacturing to a high standard of workmanship and self management. 

Your daily responsibilities will include:
•    The supervision of a variety of moulding machines and the associated robotics     
•    The inspection and packing of a range of plastic products
•    Various post moulding operations which make the products fit for purpose
•    Ensure to complete jobs on time to the required quality
•    The safe and efficient operation of factory machinery once trained and assessed as being competent

About you:
The successful candidate will have the required skills and experience to undertake this role, including;
•    Good hand to eye co-ordination
•    Manufacturing efficiently
