Construction Site Manager (refurbishment and build)

I am welcoming applications from Construction site managers for a permanent position, working for a principle contractor that are renowned for the projects that they have delivered to date. You will need to have 5 years' experience as a construction site manager and will ideally have previously worked on large scale retail, industrial, commercial and food production projects.

My client has an enviable reputation for attracting and retaining the very best people in their industry. They also take great pride in training and developing their staff in order that they can continue, through their people, to provide award winning services to their Customers.

As the Site Manager you will be responsible for:

•Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities
•Supervision of site
•Delivering the works to program & budget
•Completing Risk Assessments
•Pre-start site inspections
•Planning (including closures of roads and possessions)
•HSEQ briefings
•Supplying plant & materials
•Liaising with the client

Ideally you will have the following:

• SMSTS
• CSCS card
• First Aid at Work preferred
• Driving license

On offer is a negotiable salary package along with a company car.
